Billy Thompson

	Evansville, IN

I was born in Reed, Ky.

We moved around the county a lot, so when County High opened I knew a lot of my classmates from Corydon, Weaverton and Spottsville.

I attended the University of Kentucky for one year then joined the US Air Force. Was stationed in Washington State and Japan. After returing to this area I went to work for Whirlpool. Then went to work for Lake Central Airlines in 1967. Worked for them until 1969 and joined American Airlines. Transferred to Dallas Texas in 1973 and stayed there until I retired in 1995. Held a number of positions in passenger service and training. My training took me to a number of cities both here in US and other countries. My time spent teaching at the Learning center and in the field was very rewarding.

After 40 years decided to move back to Evansville where I now reside with my lifelong (35 years) partner. We have been very involved in previous years in the Susan Komen Cancer, doing walks and some organizing. We now spend most of our time with residents at our condo, who are all older than us..Do you believe that. Looking forward to seeing old classmates.
