PONTE VEDRA, Fla. — Nancy Jo Hatfield Nation, 68, Ponte Vedra, formerly of Henderson, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2009, at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Fla.

She was the retired director of medical billing for Brooks Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinics in Jacksonville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Clyde Sr. and Virginia Mae Hatfield; and her brother, John Hatfield of Uniontown.

Survivors include her husband of 35 years, James E. Nation; one daughter, Rebecca Scheiblich of Jacksonville; one son, Brian Miller of Jacksonville; one sister, Lelia Vance of Henderson; four brothers, Bill Hatfield of Corydon and Frank Hatfield, Donald Hatfield and Jerry Hatfield, all of Henderson; nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home in Henderson. The Rev. Bill Hatfield will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. (8-30-09)
