Jack McCauley was inducted into the Henderson County High School Hall of Fame in 1993.

After high school I attended college for four years and then moved back to Henderson for one year before taking a job with Sherwin Williams in Shelbyville, Indiana. I lived in Shelbyville from 1962 until 1974 while working with Sherwin Williams and General Electric as a design draftsman.

In 1974 I relocated to Fulton Missouri and worked as a management consultant at Westminster College. After one year I was transferred to Sacramento California and began my career in the medical accounting field. I worked in Sacramento (Rancho Cordova) until 1993 (I was transferred to Houston Texas for one year in between) at which time I obtained a transfer back to Indianapolis Indiana.

After working in Indianapolis for three years I began my stint here at Major Hospital in Shelbyville Indiana as a cost accountant. I am still working at Major Hospital and plan on doing so for an indefinite period.

My wife Carolyn and I have been married 45 years and have one daughter, two sons, and one stepdaughter. I have eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter. It's great to get closer to home and be able to communicate with my old high school friends. I regret that I have only been to one reunion but I look forward to the next one.
