Dear Classmates and Friends,

Judy and I met at HCHS in 1957 but she told me she would of never in a hundred years dated me. Saw her by accident in Feb 1958, and we ended up getting married in August of 1958.

We moved to Illinois in 1959 and had a full term still born daughter in Dec. of 1959. We have no other children.

I went to Vietnam in 1966, graduated from college and went to work for the U.S Forest in 1971.

We are very active in our church, working with inter-city young people and the emotionally wounded, involved in politics, are union activist and just try to stay focused on the important things in life rather than hooking up the camper and turning our backs on society. Which a lot of times sure seems appetizing. But you only live once and you must do what little you can to try and better your world. To most people our lives would seem very dull and boring, but it suits us. We don't have a lot, we don't require a lot, we have had virtually good health, we still love each other, we are happy and therefore we feel God has blessed us beyond measure.
